Here’s my mashed potato recipe… (for 3 servings)
Ingredients:
- Potatoes about 750gr, steamed then peeled and mashed
- 300ml white liquid milk
- Grated cheddar cheese 50-100gr
- Unsalted butter 2 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp (can be reduced if you don’t like salty)
- Ground pepper ¼ tsp
- Rosemarry powder ? tsp
- Parsley powder ¼ tsp
How to make MASHED POTATO
- Put mashed potatoes into a saucepan, pour milk, butter, salt, pepper, rosemarry and parsley, stir.
