  1. BUMBU HALUS : Bawang Merah 10 siung, Bawang Putih 4 siung, Kemiri 5 butir, Cabe Merah Keriting 50 gr
  2. IKAN TONGKOL : potong- potong, cuci bersih, perasi jeruk nipis
  3. Tumis Bumbu halus, tambahkan sereh, daun jeruk
  4. tambahkan air masak sampai mendidih
  5. masukkan ikan, masak lagi sampai ikan matang dengan api sedang
  6. tambahkan irisan belimbing wuluh dan tomat, garam, dan gula sedikit saja
  7. masak sampai bumbu meresap .
