  1. Preparation: Kunyit,bawang merah,bawang putih semua di bakar dulu. Tomat di potong-potong.
  2. Tumis semua bumbu kecuali daun kemangi dan tomat. Bumbunya langsung dicemplungin aja.
  3. Masukkan bandeng tunggu sampai berubah warna baru tambahkan air secukupnya.
  4. Tambahkan gula,garam dan air asam tes rasa.
  5. Buang daun salam dan sereh .
  6. masukkan daun kemangi dan tomat. Matikan kompor. Angkat sajikan.
  7. Note: Saya pake sereh dan daun salam untuk menghilangkan amis dan bau tanah.
