  1. BUMBU HALUS : 5 siung bawang putih, 5 siung bawang merah, 4 butir kemiri, 1 ruas jahe, 1 ruas kunyit, 1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt ketumbar, Merica secukupnya
  2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan serai, lengkuas, daun jeruk, asam jawa, gula merah..
  3. Masukkan ayam & tambahkan air secukupnya..
  4. Masukkan santan, sambil sesekali di aduk..
  5. Masukkan kecap, aduk-aduk sampai kecap merata, masak dengan api kecil hingga bumbu meresap, kurang lebih 20 menit.
  6. Balik ayam tiap 10 menit, hingga air di wajan berkurang..
  7. Siapkan panggangan, bakar hingga harum & berubah warna seperti di foto..
  8. Siap di santap
  9. NOTE:
  10. Ayam bisa menggunakan 250 dada ayam dan 250gr Sayap ayam. Atau sesuao selera
