Sore2 bingung mau ngapain liat dapur Ada pisang yang udah masak Dan hitam kulitnya, ya jadilah berkreasi di dapur chiffon cake banana

  1. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu
  2. Dalam wadah masukkan tepung terigu dan baking powder lalu sisihkan
  3. Haluskan pisang dan masukkan minyak sayur lalu sisihkan
  4. Kocok kuning telur dan gula Palm hingga kental lalu masukkan ke campuran tepung aduk balik hingga rata lalu masukkan campuran pisang aduk rata beri vanili dan kayu manis bubuk lalu sisihkan
  5. Sementara itu kocok putih telur,gula & crem of tartar sampai kental berjejak
  6. Masukkan kocokan putih telur ke campuran kuning telur & tepung tadi bertahap sambil di aduk rata pastikan semua bahan tercampur rata lalu tuang ke cetakan chiffon tanpa di oles apa-apa dan panggang dlm oven panas kurleb 60 menit lalu lakukan tes tusuk jika sudah matang angkat dan diamkan hingga dingin lalu potong-potong siap saji
