  1. Preparation: 100gr margarin(bisa lebih tergantung kondisi tepung), Jahe diparut. 500gr tepung sagu disangrai.
  2. Rebus perasan jahe parut,batang kayu manis 1 ruas jari dan santan.Saring dan dinginkan.
  3. Kocok margarin,kuning telur dan gula palem sampai lembut(cukup diaduk pake sendok kayu sampai rata)
  4. Masukan campuran tepung sagu dan bubuk kayu manis sedikit-sedikit ,aduk rata.
  5. Tambahkan rebusan santan sedikit-sedikit sampai bisa dibentuk.(Saya kemarin tambah lagi margarinnya karena adonan agak keras).
  6. Cetak ,panggang 150 derajat kurang lebih 20-25 menit
