  1. kulit ayam dicincang halus (atau diganti 2 sendok makan minyak ayam, cara buatnya dari kulit ayam yang di panaskan sampai keluar minyaknya)
  2. Campur ayam, udang, kulit ayam cincang halus dengan bahan-bahan dan bumbu-bumbu lain. Aduk rata.
  3. Bulatkan dan rebus ke dalam air mendidih.
  4. Disajikan dengan kuah kaldu.
