BAHAN:

  • 1 kg Singkong
  • 20gr gula pasir
  • 50gr Mentega/margarin
  • 2 btr Telor
  • 300 ml Santan kental
  • 200 ml Santan encer
  • garam secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:

  1. Parut Singkong (kalau saya diblender dengan dipotong kecil dulu, lalu diblender dgn blender kering, setelah itu diblender lagi dgn ditambah air, agar lebih lembut)
  2. Peras singkong yg sudah diparut
  3. Diamkan 10-15 Menit, sampai terpisah air dan tepungnya
  4. Buang airnya yg sudah bening
  5. Campurkan lagi tepung yg mengendap ke parutan singkong
  6. Masak santan encer, gula, mentega sampai larut
  7. Tuangkan ke parutan singkong, aduk-aduk sampai adonan mengental
  8. Kocok lepas telor, campur dgn santan kental dan garam
  9. Masukkan kocokan telor ke adonan singkong, aduk rata
  10. Tuang diloyang yg sudah diolesi minyak
  11. Panggang dioven yg sudah dipanaskan, sampai matang berwarna kuning keemasan
  12. Tunggu benar-benar dingin untuk memotongnya
