  1. Campur udang cincang, ayam cincang, daun bawang cincang, bawang putih parut, merica bubuk, dan garam hingga rata.
  2. Buat bola-bola dengan besar sesuai selera (aku bikin kecil aja aja, lebih kecil dari bola bekel)
  3. Siapkan kulit pangsit yg sudah dipotong-potong, ada baiknya diawur-awur dulu biar gak lengket. Ambil satu bola udang bungkus dengan kulit pangsit. Lakukan hingga semua bola tertutup 'rambutan' pangsit lalu simpan di kulkas.
  4. Goreng saat mau di konsumsi
