cake emulsifer (SP/TBM/OVALET)

tepung terigu protein sedang
1/2 sdt
baking powder
0 secukupnya
keju (cheddar)
0 secukupnya

CATATAN :
Brownies ini beda dgn brownies pada umumnya yang padat. Teksturnya mirip spongecake, ringan, tapi basah (halah pie bahasane). Bagian atas garing, enak banget. Sepertinya tekstur ‘basah’ karena penambahan minyak. Adek2ku bilang, rasanya beda sama brownies yang biasa mamahku bikin. Enakk sampe berkali-kali ambil. 😀

  1. Lelehkan bahan A (DCC, margarin, minyak), sisihkan
  2. Kocok bahan B (telur ayam, gula pasir, cake emulsifier) sampai kental, matikan mixer.
  3. Masukkan bahan C (tepung terigu, baking powder), aduk balik dengan spatula.
  4. Ambil sedikit adonan brownies, campur dengan bahan A. Lalu campurkan kembali ke adonan semula, aduk balik dgn spatula.
  5. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang 20 cm yang sudah dipoles margarin dan ditaburi tepung (kalau ada kertas roti anti lengket lebih enak). Taburi dengan bahan D (keju cheddar, DCC cincang), oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius sampai matang.
  6. Dinginkan, sajikan.
