Cara Membuat Buttermilk Sendiri :

  • Susu hangat ditambah 2 sdm air jeruk nipis / cuka, diamkan sampai menggumpal susunya

  1. 1. Campur tepung, baking powder, baking soda, garam dan gula di mangkuk. Tambahkan telur, buttermilk dan butter. Aduk pakai wisk sampai asal rata saja.
  2. 2. Panaskan pan anti lengket, olesi sedikit mentega.
  3. 3. Tuang adonan pancake, biarkan berlubang2 sekitar dua menit. Balikkan, panggang sampai kira-kira 1 menit dan warna kuning kecoklatan.
  4. 4. Sajikan hangat dengan madu, selai, susu kental manis atau cokelat leleh .
