CATATAN :

75 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa hangat ( aku pakai santan instan Bumas 50 ml , di encerkan jadi 75 ml )

  1. Blender / saring halus santan dan labu kuning kukus yang telah dihaluskan. Sisihkan.
  2. Kocok telur, gula pasir, garam, vanili dan emulsifier sampai mengembang.
  3. Tambahkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
  4. Masukkan campuran labu kuning sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan
  5. Ambil 1/3 adonan. Tambahkan cokelat pasta. Aduk rata.
  6. Tuang adonan cokelat di cetakan plastik bentuk bunga / cetakan bolu sakura yang sudah di oles minyak goreng setinggi 1/3 cetakan. Kukus 4 menit dengan api sedang.
  7. Tabur coklat masak serut / meises secukupnya. Tuang dengan adonan kuning. Kukus 10 menit sampai matang
