Mumpung lagi di rumah seharian, tadi siang bikin cemilan bareng si Cikal. Meskipun agak bantat karena si Cikal keukeuh kepingin ngocok telur dan ngaduk adonan, tapi rasanya tetap legit dan harum pisangnya menggoda sekali. Resepnya saya modifikasi dari traditional chinesse banana cake (resep asli menggunakan 1/2 cup gula kastor dan 2 sdm corn oil). Silakan bagi yang mau coba ..

  1. Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang.
  2. Masukan pisang yang telah dihaluskan, unsalted butter, dan susu. Aduk rata.
  3. Tambahkan tepung terigu, gula, dan baking powder. Aduk rata.
  4. Masukan ke cetakan cake yang telah dilapisi mentega dan tepung.
  5. Kukus (air kukusan sudah dalam keadaan mendidih) selama 15-20 menit.
  6. Keluarkan dari cetakan, potong-potong dan sajikan.
  7. NOTE :
  8. Pisang yang sudah matang, haluskan.
  9. Gula palem pekat (dark palm sugar)* - boleh ditambah atau dikurangi sesuai selera.
  10. Unsalted butter, lelehkan.
