  1. Rendam kacang merah selama 3 jam menggunakan air.
  2. Panaskan margarin dalam wajan atau panci. Tumis bawang bombay yang sudah dipotong kotak-kotak sampai harum dan layu.
  3. Tambahkan Paprika (potong kotak), kacang merah, dan pasta tomat aduk sebentar lalu masukkan air.
  4. Beri bumbu : oregano, garam, gula, merica, dan bubuk pala. Lalu masak sampai kental dan meletup-letup.
  5. Angkat...Hidangkan panas-panas.
