50 mililiter
minyak goreng

Note :

  • cumi dikerat, kemudian potong 3-4cm
  • bawang putih dicincang halus
  • bawang bombai potong memanjang
  • cabai merah besar iris serong
  • jahe dimemarkan
  • kucai dipotong 2cm

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, bawang bombai, cabai merah besar, dan jahe hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan cumi, aduk hingga setengah matang.
  3. Tambahkan kucai, aduk hingga layu.
  4. Beri kecap ikan, kecap manis, saus tiram, dan merica bubuk. Aduk rata.
  5. Tambahkan air, masak hingga matang.
  6. Angkat, sajikan.
