  1. Panaskan oven 190 derajat celcius.
  2. Balur ayam dengan saus plum, taburi garam, merica dan kaldu ayam bubuk,dan ratakan.
  3. Isi ayam dengan mentega / butter, apel, mariani prunes, rosemary, thyme, bayleaves, ikat kaki ayam dengan benign.
  4. Letakkan dalam pinggan tahan panas, panggan dalam oven selama 1 jam 15 menit. JIka ingin juicy lanjtukan dengan memanggan kembali 30 menit ditutup dengan alumunium foil.
  5. Angkat dan sajikan.
  6. Pelengkap : Kentang goreng, salad sayuran.
  7. NOTE :
  8. Ayam negri utuh.
