  1. Kembang Tahu: Masak agar-agar dengan 8 gelas air sampai mendidih, matikan api. Masukkan susu kental manis, aduk sampai rata. Tuangkan ke dalam wadah/ cetakan.
  2. Kuah: Masak 12 gelas air, gula merah, gula pasir, cengkeh, kayu manis dan jahe (kupas dan digeprek) sampai mendidih, matikan api. Biarkan dingin.
  3. Penyajian: Setelah agar-agar jadi, kerok menggunakan sendok makan tipis-tipis kemudian masukkan ke dalam kuah. Sajikan Bersama es batu.
