  1. Buat adonan cair tepung terigu dan tepung beras, beri garam sedikit.
  2. Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng.
  3. Celupkan potongan daging gurame fillet pada adonan, kemudian goreng hingga kecoklatan.
  4. Angkat dan tata gurame pada piring.
  5. BAHAN SAUS : - 5 sdm saus sambal - 5 sdm saus tomat - 100 gr nanas, potong-potong - 1 buah wortel, potong tipis - 3 buah bawang putih, cincang halus - 1/2 buah bawang bombai, - 1 sdm maizena, encerkan - 3 buah cabe merah besar, buang bijinya - 2 sdm gula pasir - garam secukupnya - merica secukupnya - 300 ml air
  6. SAUS : Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga harum. Masukkan saus sambal dan tomat. Tambahkan air, aduk rata. 3. Masukkan nanas, wortel dan paprika dan cabe. Tambahkan garam, merica dan gula, masak hingga mendidih. Terakhir masukkan maizena, aduk hingga mengental. Siram saus di atas gurame.
