Dapet labu kuning dengan berat lebih kurang 6kg. Saya kukus, haluskan, dan simpen di kulkas.
Setelah donut labu kuning, kemarin saya bikin es krim labu kuning.

  1. Kukus labu kuning hingga matang, haluskan, sisihkan.
  2. Campur whipped cream bubuk dan susu cair, Mixer sampai mengembang dan kaku. (Saya kurang lebih 30')
  3. Masukkan susu kental manis, santan kental, garam dan gula pasir.
  4. Masukkan labu kuning kukus sedikit demi sedikit, hingga tercampur rata. (Saya kurang lebih 10')
  5. Masukkan ke freezer.
