  1. Bakar merang lalu haluskan beri 100 ml air kemudian saring.
  2. Rebus santan dengan garam dan selembar daun pandan dinginkan sampai anget2 kuku.
  3. Blender daun suji dan daun pandan menggunakan 100 ml air saring.
  4. Masukan tepung beras, tepung kanji, gula dalam baskom lalu tuangi santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni sampai santan habis.
  5. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian sama rata lalu beri warna hitam dan hijau.
  6. Panaskan pengukus siapkan cetakan yang sudah di olesi minyak tuang adonan hijau kukus 5 menit lalu tuang adonan hitam kukus lagi 5 menit begitu seterusnya sampai adonan habis terahir kukus selama 15 menit angkat dinginkan.
  7. PELENGKAP : Kelapa parut beri sedikit garam lalu kukus (Sebagai taburan di atas kue jongkong saat mau di makan).
