telur ayam (utuh)
500 gram
gula pasir
1/2 kaleng
susu kental manis (coklat)
200 gram
tepung terigu protein sedang
3 sdm
tepung maizena
150 gram
mentega cair
1/2 sdm
baking soda

  1. Panaskan wajan lalu tuang gula kecilkan api biarkan gula sampai leleh
  2. Tambahkan 2 gelas air panas aduk biarkan sampai gula mencair kembali ( jadi karamel ), lalu dinginkan
  3. Kocok gula & soda kue (tidak perlu sampai mengembang cukup telur tecampur rata saja)
  4. Tambahkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit bergantian dg air gula ( karamel ) sampai habis
  5. Masukkan susu kental manis lalu terahir masukan mentega cair.
  6. Tuang dalam cetakan, oven kurleb 40 menit
