Bikin yang kriuk-kriuk teman makan’nya mie ayam yuks.. masih setia sama resepnya my hopeng Joanne Sebastian.

  1. Persiapan : Haluskan bawang putih, tepung sagu bisa diganti tepung kanji. Putih Telur di kocok lepas.
  2. Campur semua bahan, lalu uleni hingga kalis dan diamkan 15 menit. Lalu koreksi rasa
  3. Gilas tipis lalu iris/ cetak sesuai selera.
  4. Goreng hingga matang.
