pala (bubuk)
150 mililiter
susu cair
250 gram
mie (rebus)
0 secukupnya
tepung panir
1 butir

  1. Tumis bawang merah dan putih yg telah dicincang halus sampai berwarna kuning dan harum
  2. Masukan wortel, buncis, sosis yang telah dipotong kecil-kecil, Aduk-aduk.
  3. Taburi dengan tepung terigu kemudian tuang susu cair. Tambahkan merica dan pala.
  4. Masukkan mie aduk lalu angkat
  5. Bentuk lonjong/bulat lalu celup ke dalam telur dan gulingkan di atas tepung panir
  6. Goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan.
  7. Siap dihidangkan.
