gula pasir

margarin
250 gram
bawang merah
250 gram
minyak goreng
Kue Kering Bawang Merah by Sri Andarini Litaningtyas

BAHAN :

500 gr terigu protein rendah/sedang, disangrai dulu lebih baik
1 bungkus besar kaldu ayam bubuk
2 butir telur
100 gr gula pasir
100 gr margarin
250 gr bawang merah, iris tipis, lalu goreng hingga 1/2 matang dengan
250 gr minyak goreng, sisihkan hingga dingin.
Kuning telur untuk olesan

Hasilnya sekitar 600-700 gr kue kering

  1. Campur semua bahan, termasuk minyak goreng hingga membentuk adonan yang bisa dipulung. Tambahkan terigu bila perlu. Bentuk bulat pipih atau sesuai selera. Tata di loyang lalu olesi kuning telur Oven hingga matang
