  1. Campur semua bahan (tepung terigu" tepung beras gula garam vanili dan santan) aduk hingga rata.
  2. Masukkan kocokan telur" aduk hingga rata.
  3. Cetak adonan dengan cetakan kue lumpur yang telah dipanaskan dan diolesi minyak sayur. Untuk hasil yg kelenyer/tidak bantat harus menggunakan api atas (arang) dan bawah (kompor).
  4. Masak hingga matang, sajikan.
