tape (singkong)

Kue mangkok….jajanan tradisional yang tak pernah membosankan.

  1. Tape dicampur dgn air lalu dihaluskan, saring.
  2. Masukkan gula pasir, garam, tepung beras, aduk rata dengan whisk.
  3. Terakhir masukkan BPDA, aduk rata.
  4. Panaskan air dlm dandang dg api besar hingga mendidih.
  5. Sementara itu tuang adonan ke cucing atau cetakan muffin kecil tanpa dioles minyak.
  6. Masukkan ke dandang kukus 15 menit.
  7. Note :
  8. Kalo pakai cucing plastik/melamin, tunggu agak dingin baru dikeluarkan dengan mulus.
  9. Kalo pakai cetakan muffin kecil, ambil loyang kue kering, beri air lalu kue yang baru diangkat direndam di loyang sampe agak dingin baru bisa dikeluarkan dengan mulus.
  10. BPDA (Baking Powder Double Acting) 1 sdm peres.
  11. Tape matang yang lembek.
