  1. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan cabai hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan nasi putih, aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan garam, merica, kecap ikan, kecap inggris. Aduk rata. Koreksi rasanya dengan menambahkan gula dan garam.
  4. Masukkan jagung ayam, jagung, telur, bakso, dan daun bawang. Aduk rata. Sajikan.
  5. Basic Recipe: Sajian Sedap.
  6. NOTE :
  7. Bawang putih, geprek, rajang halus.
  8. Cabai merah, iris tipis.
  9. PELENGKAP : 50 gr ayam goreng, suwir, 6 buah bakso ikan/ayam, iris tipis, 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus, 2 butir telur, kocok lepas, goreng orak-arik, 2 sdm jagung manis pipil, rebus.
