Ongol-ongol baru mateng

  1. Kukus kelapa parut dengan sedikit garam, sisihkan
  2. Masak gula merah dengan air sampai gula larut, masukkan semua bahan, aduk dengan api kecil hingga adonan matang dan kalis. Tuangkan di loyang, dinginkan, potong-potong. Gulingkan di kelapa muda, sajikan.
