  1. BANDENG : 2 ekor bandeng ukuran sedang, cincang halus
  2. Haluskan bawang putih dan garam. Sisihkan
  3. Dalam wadah, campur daging bandeng,sagu,putih telur,daun bawang,lada bubuk,santan, bawang putih dan garam yang sudah dihaluskan. Campur rata.
  4. lalu ambil 1 sdm adonan letakkan di atas daun pisang yang sudah dilap bersih.
  5. gulung lalu jepret/tusuk dengan lidi. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
  6. Lalu panggang di atas teflon tanpa minyak.
  7. Bolak balik sampai otak-otak matang dan mengeras.
  8. Sajikan bersama sambel kacang
