Saos Tiram
1 sdm
minyak wijen
5 siung
bawang merah
6 siung
bawang putih
1 sdt
merica (butiran)
1 sdt
garam
1 sdt
gula

  1. KULIT :
  2. Blender kedelai dengan santan hingga halus, saring.
  3. Haluskan bawang putih dan garam, campur kedalam santan.
  4. Masukkan tepung perlahan, aduk hingga kental. Sisihkan.
  5. ISI :
  6. Haluskan bumbu, kemudian tumis hingga harum.
  7. Masukkan daun bawang, daging ayam giling, dan jamur kuping. Tumis hingga harum.
  8. Masukkan saos tiram, kecap asin, kecap manis, dan minyak wijen. Masak hingga matang. (Kalau dirasa kurang asin silahkan ditambah garam).
  9. Sisihkan.
  10. PENYELESAIAN :
  11. Siapkan wajan, beri minyak goreng yg cukup banyak dan panaskan.
  12. Masukkan sendok sayur, setelah itu angkat dan beri adonan kulit hingga menutupi permukaan sendok.
  13. Beri adonan isi, tutup dengan adonan kulit.
  14. Masukkan kedalam minyak panas, tunggu hingga ote-ote terlepas dari sendok.
  15. Goreng hingga coklat keemasan.
  16. Begitu seterusnya hingga adonan habis.
