Pancake ini bener2 mudah. Siapkan cangkir/cup, ngga perlu keluarin timbangan lagi. Hehehehe. Kalau kata yg empunya resep, namanya 1 method pancake.

  1. Campur semua bahan, aduk dgn whisk. Diamkan 5-10 menit. Masak di atas teflon yg diberi sedikit butter, lalu bersihkan butter dgn tissue.
  2. Topping bisa sesuai selera. Aku malah suka kalau dikasih madu aja. Manis (kayak yang bikin).
  3. NOTES : Pancake ini juga bisa dimodif untuk bikin crepes. Caranya, tambahkan 1/2-1 cup air atau susu. Enyakk enyakk..
  4. 1 cup tepung terigu (120-140gr). 1 cup susu (200-250 ml).
  5. Gula bisa ditambah kalo suka manis.
