  1. Ambil adonan sebanyak 1sdm, bulatkan dan bentuk sesuai selera.
  2. Gulingkan pada kocokan putih telur lalu gulingkan dalam tepung panir.
  3. Goreng dalam minyak yang telah dipanaskan.
  4. Cara membuat saus manis :
  5. Campur semua bahan menjadi satu hingga mulai mendidih.
  6. Saring lalu didihkan kembali.
  7. Beri larutan air sagu dan masak hingga mengental.
  8. NOTE :BAHAN SAOS MANIS : Bawang putih haluskan, saus tomat, air, air cuka, gula dan garam secukupnya, sagu larutkan dengan sedikit air.
  9. BAHAN OLESAN : 2 butir putih telur kocok lepas dan tepung panir secukupnya
  10. Kentang kukus dan haluskan, daun bawang iris halus
