  1. Sangrai tepung, dinginkan.
  2. Setelah dingin masukkan susu bubuk dan susu kental manis, aduk sampai rata.
  3. Bagi menjadi beberapa bagian, beri pasta rasa yang diencerkan dengan air panas sesuai selera
  4. Uleni sampai menjadi adonan yang bisa dibulatkan. Gulingkan bulatan adonan di susu bubuk atau tepung sagu sangrai
  5. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara
  6. Catatan: Gunakan sarung tangan plastik saat menguleni Jika kurang lembek tambakan susu pada adonan (jangan gunakan air), tetapi adonan jangan terlalu lembek.
