  1. Persiapan: Cabe merah, bawang merah di haluskan. Asam jawa bisa diganti potongan nanas.
  2. tumis cabe, bawang merah, kunyit, sereh,dan lengkuas.
  3. Tambahkan perasan air asam jawa/nanas.
  4. kemudian masukan air putih. Lalu masukan ikan patin tadi.
  5. Tambahkan terasi, gula merah,garam, dan penyedap rasa.koreksi rasa..
  6. masak hinggah kuah mendidih dan ikan patinnya mateng.
  7. Terakhir masukan daun bawang dan daun kemangi.
