gula halus
60 gram
mentega cair
50 mililiter
air hangat
1 butir
telur ayam (kuning)
10 secukupnya
pisang (raja)
1 sejumput
salt/garam
1 sdt
vanili

  1. Campur terigu, gula garam, vanili aduk hingga rata. Masukkan kuning telur dan mentega, tuang air sedikit-sedikit
  2. Ulenin adonan hingga kalis. Tutup adonan dengan plastik/serbet bersih. Diamkan sekitar 20 menit.
  3. Ambil secukupnya adonan, giling setebal kira-kira 2 mm, lebar @± 3-4 cm, kira-kira sepanjang 30 cm.
  4. Gulungkan ke melingkari pisang, lakukan hingga adonan habis.
  5. Goreng dalam minyak, usahakan semuanya tercelup minyak. Setelah kuning balik.
  6. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  7. Hidangkan.
