  1. Bahan Saus: 600 ml susu cair, 80 gr gula pasir, 1/4 sdt garam, 1 kuning telur, 1 1/2 sdt maizena larutkan dlm 2 sdm air, 1/2 sdt esens vanila.
  2. Cara Membuat : Rebus susu cair, agar-agar, jeli bubuk, gula pasir, dan garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Matikan api. Ambil sedikit adonan. Tambahkan kuning telur Aduk rata. Tuang lagi ke rebusan puding. Aduk rata. Nyalakan api. Masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
  3. Tambahkan cokelat masak pekat. Aduk rata.
  4. Tuang ke dalam cetakan puding. Dinginkan
  5. Saus vanila, rebus susu cair, gula pasir, dan garam sampai mendidih. Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Masak sampai meletup-letup. Matikan api. Ambil sedikit rebusan susu. Tuang ke kuning telur. Aduk rata. Masukkan lagi ke rebusan susu. Masak sampai kental. Tambahkan pasta vanila. Aduk rata.
  6. Sajikan puding bersama saus vanila. Selamat mencoba
