  1. Lapisan tape : Basahi cetakan puding (kapasitas 1500 cc) dengan air matang. Rebus gula pasir, agar-agar, dan air hingga mendidih dan masukkan tape. Tuang dalam cetakan dan ratakan tape nya. Dinginkan.
  2. Lapisan sarikaya : Kocok telur dan tuangi 50 cc santan (dari 600 cc santan). Rebus sisa santan dengan gula pasir, agar-agar dan daun pandan sambil diaduk agar tidak pecah. Beri pewarna kue hijau.
  3. Jika lapisan tape mulai mengeras, tuang lapisan sarikaya dengan sendok keatasnya.
