  1. Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak goreng hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan irisan daging bersama daun salam, serai, lengkuas, dan daun jeruk, aduk hingga daging berubah warna.
  3. Tuangkan air dan masak daging dengan api kecil sampai empuk dan matang. Susutkan kuahnya.
  4. Sajikan dengan menaburkan bawang merah goreng.
  5. NOTE :
  6. BAHAN : 500 gr daging sapi (sandung lamur), potong serasi, 1 liter air, 1 lbr daun salam, 3 btg serai, 1 cm lengkuas, memarkan, 5 lbr daun jeruk purut, 3 sdm minyak goreng.
  7. BUMBU Dihaluskan : 5 siung bawang merah, 3 siung bawang putih, 5 bh cabai merah, 5 btr kemiri, 1 sdt ketumbar, 3-5 bh keluwak, 2 cm jahe, 2 cm kunyit, 1/2 sdt terasi, bakar, 1 sdt garam.
  8. PELENGKAP : Bawang merah goreng.
