bread improver

susu (evaporated)

  1. Campur komachi, coklat bubuk, susu, baking powder, ragi , bread improver dan gula. Tambahkan telur dan air es sedikit demi sedikit sampai kalis. Baru masukan margarin dan garam. Uleni sampai elastis. Diamkan 30 menit dg ditutup kain basah.
  2. Kempiskan adonan. Bentuk bulat sebanyak yg diinginkan. diamkan 15 menit.
  3. Isi masing-masing adonan dengan keju cheddar potong dadu & meises. Letakan dalam loyang diameter 18 cm tinggi 6 cm yg sudah dioles margarin. Beri jarak. Diamkan 75 menit sampai kembang.
  4. Olesi dengan susu evaporated, panggang dlm oven suhu 180 C selama 25 mnt.
