  1. Daging yang telah dipotong kotak direndam bumbu (kecap, ketumbar, duo bawang goreng, air jeruk lemon) sampai meresap. Lalu ditusuk dengan lidi. Dibakar dengan arang juga boleh dengan pembakaran modern juga boleh.
  2. Saus kacang : Masukkan dalam panci kacang tanah sangrai yang telah digiling halus, campurkan dengan duo bawang goreng, kecap manis, gula merah dan garam, tambahkan air 2 gelas lalu aduk semua bahan hingga mengental. Gunakan api sedang, jangan terlalu panas. Untuk rasa sesuaikan selera masing-masing.
