Serai (Geprek)
1 1/2 sdt
garam

CATATAN :

  • gunakan tusuk sate lebar
  • Basic Recipe : Dian Mahayanti

 

  1. Tumbuk ikan hingga halus, sisihkan.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus (duo bawang, cabai, kemiri, jahe, kunyit, kencur, lengkuas, daun jeruk, serai, garam) hingga harum, dinginkan.
  3. Campur dalam adonan ikan, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  4. Siapkan sebatang tusuk sate, ambil satu sendok makan adonan ikan, lilitkan pada tusuk Lakukan hingga semua adonan habis.
  5. Bakar sate lilit dengan bara kecil (supaya tidak cepat gosong) hingga matang.
  6. Sajikan dengan sambal mentah.
