50 gram
Daging ayam (giling)
1 sdm
tepung terigu
1 butir
Telur Ayam (Kocok)
2 siung
bawang putih (bubuk)
1 secukupnya
garam

  1. BUMBU RENDAMAN SATE : - 2 sdm kecap manis - 2 sdm air matang - 2 lembar daun jeruk purut, buang tulang daun,iris tipis - 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
  2. Aduk rata semua bahan sate
  3. Lilitkan pada sujen sate, sambil ditekan, kukus 15 menit, alasi dengan daun pisang agar air tidak mengenai sate, tutup dandang alasi serbet bersih
  4. Setelah itu rendam dalam bumbu rendaman kurang lebih 10 menit
  5. Bakar sate di atas bara api atau di atas loyang roti lebar bersemir margarin di atas kompor hingga harum
  6. Sajikan sate dengan sambal kecap atau sambal kacang, beri pelengkap sesuai selera: tomat, daun kol, bawang merah iris, dsb.
