Sudah makan siang kah?… 😀👆
Saya merebus jengkol dengan presto.
Selain lebih cepat matang.
Bau jengkol sangat – sangat jauh berkurang,
Jika dibandingkan merebus seperti biasa.

  1. Preparation : Rebus Jengkol hingga empuk. Bumbu halus :ketumbar, merica, jahe, bawang putih, bawang merah, kemiri, kayu manis bubuk, jinten bubuk, gula merah, Garam, Gula. Sedikit minyak untuk menumis.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus. Masukkan jengkol yang telah direbus.
  3. Tambahkan air, kecap, lengkuas, pekak, daun salam.
  4. Masukkan santan (bungkus kecil) Koreksi rasa.
  5. Masak hingga bumbu meresap & air menyusut. Selamat mencoba.semoga bermanfaat.
