Sop daging bumbu ulek by NatNat

Hari Ini yg saya buat untuk dinner

3 bh wortel potong2

5 bh wortel potong2 boleh d goreng Dulu tp saya tdk d goreng

1 bh celery ( seledri besar potong jadi 5 bagian ) kl tdk Ada pakai seledri Saja ya ..

7 bh Jamur kancing yg besar potong jadi 4 bagian
2 bh tomat potong potong

Bumbu yg dihaluskan …

3 bh bawang Putih

1 sdm bawang merah goreng ( boleh ikut d ulek / masukkan langsung waktu mau matang )

Merica

Garam

Gula

Pala 1/2 sdt
Tumbar 1/2 sdt

  1. 250 gr -300 gr daging Tanpa lemak ( daging sapi ) di pukul2 pakai alat sambil di kasih merica dan garam bolak balik dan iris kecil miring.
  2. 3 gelas belimbing air kalau sudah daging matang bisa di tambah 1 gelas air lagi ya.
  3. Masukkan daging dan rebus dan masukkan bumbu yang di haluskan bersama tomat dan salary.
  4. Daging 1/2 matang mau ke 3/4 matang, masukkan wortel, kentang dan Jamur kancing.
  5. Sambil siap kan soon 100 gr siap pakai ya.
  6. Soon terakhir kali di siap kan di mangkok.
  7. Note : Saya tidak pakai buncis / kol Biasanya dimakan bersama kecap manis yang di kasih irisan cabe kecil dan ceplok telor kocak dan masukkan kerupuk krez krez.
  8. Untuk 6-8 orang Bila pakai nasi
