asparagus kaleng

merica (bubuk)

kecap (asin)
2 sdt
minyak wijen
2 sdm
tepung maizena
2 butir

  • daging kepiting dapat diganti dengan daging ayam
  • larutkan tepung maizena dengan 5 sdm air


  1. Tumis bawang bombai, bawang putih hingga harum. Masukan kaldu, masak hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api.
  2. Masukkan daging ayam/ kepiting, krim asparagus, asparagus potong, garam, merica, kecap asin, minyak wijen. Aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan telur kocok sambil terus diadu putar.
  4. Tambahkan larutan maizena, aduk hingga sup mengental. Angkat. Sajikan.
