  1. Didihkan kaldu. Masukkan serai, jahe, lengkuas, bawang putih dan bumbu kaldu lainnya (serai, jahe, daun jeruk, kecap asin, lengkuas, minyak cabai, cabai rawit merah halus, bawang putih geprek). Rebus hingga mendidih. angkat, saring.
  2. Panaskan kembali kaldu, masukan udang, jamur, cabai dan daging serai. Didihkan kembali.
  3. Sesaat sebelum di angkat, tuang air jeruk nipis dan daun ketumbar.
