BAHAN:
Daging sapi
Bumbu Gule
Daun Jeruk
Daun Salam
Sereh
Santan kental
Bawang Merah
Bawang Putih
Cabe
Kol, diiris
Kecap manis
Merica
Tomat
Daun Bawang

  1. Gule : Daging sapi direbus sampai daging terasa cukup empuk, potong sesuai selera.
  2. Tumis bumbu gule, daun jeruk, daun salam, sere.
  3. Masukkan kedalam rebusan daging.
  4. Masak dengan api sedang.
  5. Tambahkan santan kental, biarkan sampai matang.
  6. Tongseng :
  7. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe sampai harum.
  8. Masukkan irisan kol.
  9. Masukkan gule secukupnya kedalam tumisan.
  10. Tambahkan kecap manis, merica, irisan tomat dan daun bawang.
