TONGSENG SAPI
Wuiiih….. harga daging belum puasa dah 100 rb karena penasaran n ngidam kepengen bisa beli seperempat aja cukup utk seharian xixixiii…..

Bumbu Halus :

  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 5 btr kemiri
  • 5 bh cabe merah
  • 1 sdt kunyit bubuk
  • 1 sdm ketumbar sangrai
  • 1 sdt jintan bubuk

  1. Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan serai daun salam dan daun jeruk aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan potongan daging aduk sampai daging matang
  4. Tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
  5. Masukkan air secukupnya.
  6. Bubuhi kecap manis garam dan merica aduk rata.
  7. Setelah kuah mengental masukkan irisan kol tomat dan cabe rawit aduk rata masak sampai layu.
  8. Sajikan dengan menaburi bawang goreng.
  9. NOTE : Daging sapi potong persegi kecil
  10. Kol potong kasar.
  11. Cabe rawit biarkan utuh.
  12. Tomat potong-potong.
