  1. Rendam daging dalam bumbu rendaman selama 1 jam masuk kulkas.
  2. Tumis bawang putih dan bomba saya hingga layu dan harum, masukkan daging rendaman tumis hingga berubah warna beri sedikit air sampai daging empuk.
  3. Masukkan paprika tes rasa masak sampai paprika 1/2 layu, angkat taburi 1 sdm wijen yang sudah disangrai.
  4. NOTE :
  5. Daging has 1/4 kg iris tipis, kalau pengen daging lebih empuk rendam diparutan nanas 5 menit.
  6. BAHAN TUMIS : 1 siung bawang putih cincang halus, 1 siung bawang bombay, 1 buah paprika.
  7. BAHAN BUMBU : 4 sdt kecap manis, 2 sdt saos tiram, 1 sdt kecap asin, 1 sdt lada bubuk, garam, gula.
