Minuman alami yang bermanfaat. Sangat membantu saat kondisi badan kurang fit. Bisa diminum langsung atau ditambahkan susu…rasanya pasti lebih enak.

  1. Tumbuk kasar jahe.
  2. Geprek batang sereh.
  3. Didihkan air, masukkan jahe dan sereh bersama bahan lainnya.
  4. Masak dengan api kecil hingga keluar sarinya dan airnya berkurang, sekitar 20 menit.
  5. Saring secukupnya yang mau diminum.
